We are delighted that you are planning on bringing a group of prospective high school students to campus. Please fill out the request form below and a member of the Office of Admission will review your request and be in contact with you soon.

Due to staff limitations, we are only able to offer guided group visits to sophomores, juniors and seniors. We offer guided group tours on specific dates provided on the form below.

Please note we may not be able to accommodate all requested group tours. Your tour is not confirmed until you receive confirmation.

If these dates do not work for your group, or if your preferred date is already full or unavailable, you are welcome to email lemerrel@sewanee.edu to discuss a self-guided tour option.

Please note that one chaperone is required for each tour group. To provide the best experience, our tours are capped at 10 students per group. If your group does not have enough chaperones, we may need to increase the size of the tour groups. Larger groups can impact the quality of the tour experience and may limit opportunities for interaction and questions.

Would your group like to eat a meal in the University's campus dining hall? The cost for lunch in the dining hall is $14.84 plus tax per person and must be paid with one debit or credit card.

Standards and Expectations:

In order to complete the reservation process, we ask that you carefully read and agree to our group visitors code of conduct below.

Cancellation of visit must occur at least 24 hours in advance.
Please notify the Office of Admissions (931.598.1693) if a late arrival is anticipated. Scheduled activities may need to be adjusted or cancelled for groups arriving more than 15 minutes late.
The use of electronic devices such as cell phones, mp3 players or iPods is strictly prohibited during tours and/or presentations.
Each tour group must be accompanied by a chaperone/sponsor while on tour. Please see note about chaperones above.
