Group Visit Registration Form

We are delighted that you are planning on bringing a group of prospective high school students to campus.  Please fill out the form below so that we can begin making arrangements for your group's visit.  Due to staff limitations, we are not able to offer tours and information sessions for groups of students who are not currently in high school.

Standards and Expectations:
In order to complete the reservation process, we ask that you carefully read and agree to our group visitors code of conduct below.

• Cancellation of visit must occur at least 24 hours in advance.

• Please notify the Office of Admissions if a late arrival is anticipated. Scheduled activities may need to be adjusted or cancelled for groups arriving more than 15 minutes late.

• The use of electronic devices such as cell phones, mp3 players or iPods is strictly prohibited during tours and/or presentations.

• Each tour group must be accompanied by a chaperone/sponsor while on tour; at least one chaperone/sponsor must be present during the Q&A session.
