Self-Reporting your SAT/ACT scores

To submit test scores for your admission application review, you'll log scores below and submit score reports in PDF format. Before completing this form, please download or take screenshots of your score reports from the ACT and/or SAT websites. Your score report must include your name, date of the exam, and all test scores. This is NOT a test-optional form. You must upload at least one score to complete the form properly.

Once you submit this form, we will review your submission within five business days. If you are an applicant, you will see this requirement satisfied on your checklist after we have reviewed your submission.

For each exam, you will be required to upload proof of your scores in the form of a PDF copy of your SAT and/or ACT score report. We will accept a screenshot as long as it includes your name, date of the exam, and each score you're reporting below. If we need additional information, we may reach out to you for a new PDF.
