    Sewanee: Farm to Table
    Tentative Schedule

The purpose of Sewanee's University Farm is to foster a transformative experience of personal development for students through an immersive and intimate practice in restorative agriculture. With a 13,000 acre campus it should be no surprise that Sewanee students and the university at large are concerned with issues of sustainability and environmental stewardship. As the largest food service in the region, Sewanee Dining too, embraces sustainability as a core component of its mission and an important consideration in how it approaches its operations and services. Come and learn how Sewanee is truly farm to table: tour the University farm, play with some goats, learn how to get involved with the farm, and meet Chef Rick and Chef Caroline to whip up some great food sourced from the directly from the Domain.
